Toy Chest — 100+ Mini Games for Kids

Package com.nakcont.toygamekids · Effective 29 July 2026 · Version 1.0

In short

You may install and use this app for personal, non-commercial family use. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

Four games are free forever. Everything else is opened by one optional purchase that never renews, or one game at a time by the free daily lucky wheel. Refunds are handled by Google Play, not by the developer.

The app is provided as it is, with no promise that it is free of faults. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer of Toy Chest — 100+ Mini Games for Kids (com.nakcont.toygamekids), distributed on Google Play. Installing or using the app means you accept them. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app.

The app is made for young children, who cannot enter into an agreement. A parent or guardian accepts these terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for the device the app is installed on and for any purchase made on it.

Google Play has its own terms that cover distribution and payment. Where these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service disagree about a purchase, Google's terms decide.

2. Your licence to use the app

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for private family use. The app is licensed, not sold.

You may not:

All artwork, audio and code in the app remain the property of the developer or of the parties it was licensed from.

3. What is free and what is paid

ItemTerms
Four starter games Free permanently. No purchase, no time limit.
Unlock Everything One optional in-app purchase. Opens every game permanently on that device. A one-time purchase, not a subscription — nothing renews, nothing needs cancelling, and you will never be charged a second time for it.
Daily lucky wheel Free. One spin per day opens one locked game for 24 hours. No stake, no losing slice, nothing to buy and nothing that can be bought with the result.

The price shown on the purchase screen is the price charged, in your local currency, including any tax Google collects. The purchase screen sits behind a parental gate — a typed multiplication — so a child cannot reach it alone.

4. Payment, restoring and refunds

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. The developer never sees or handles your payment details.

Restoring. The purchase is tied to the Google account that made it. On Android the app checks Google Play for it automatically at startup, so reinstalling or moving to a new device restores it without any action from you. There is also a Restore Purchases button on the purchase screen.

Refunds. Refund requests go to Google Play, under Google's refund policy and any statutory right of withdrawal you have where you live. The developer cannot issue, reverse or override a Play refund. If a refund is granted, the unlock ends with it.

5. The daily lucky wheel

The wheel is a gift, not a game of chance played for something. Every slice grants a game; there is no losing outcome, nothing is wagered, and the result cannot be bought, sold or converted into anything.

A wheel unlock lasts 24 hours from the moment it is won, measured against the device clock. Because of this, setting the device clock backwards ends the unlocks currently running and uses up the remaining spin for that day. This is stated here so it is not a surprise: it exists to keep the daily gift daily, and it never affects a game opened by purchase.

The wheel is a free extra. Its odds, the number of daily spins and the length of an unlock may change in a future version, and it may be withdrawn entirely. That will never reduce what a purchase has already unlocked.

6. Offline operation and your device

The app runs entirely on the device, with no server behind it. Progress, settings and unlocks are kept in the app's own private storage.

Because nothing is stored anywhere else, clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app erases progress and settings, and that cannot be recovered. A completed purchase is the exception — it lives with your Google account and is restored on reinstall.

Some games use the microphone or the motion sensors while they are on screen. What they do with those readings, and how to refuse them, is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

The app has no chat, no user accounts, no user-generated content and no way to send a message, so there is little here to misuse. Even so, you agree not to use the app to break the law, and not to interfere with its security features or with the way purchases are verified.

8. Changes to the app

The app is updated from time to time. Games may be added, altered or, occasionally, removed — a game may be withdrawn if it no longer works on current devices or if the rights to something inside it change. Where a game is removed, the purchase is not affected: it continues to unlock the catalogue as it stands, which will still be more than one hundred games.

The developer may stop publishing updates for the app at any time. The version already installed keeps working offline for as long as your device supports it.

9. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". Within the limits the law allows, the developer makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and does not warrant that it will run on every device or every version of Android.

Nothing in this section removes or limits any guarantee you have under the consumer protection law of the country you live in. Where that law gives you a right that cannot be excluded, that right applies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost progress, lost data or loss of use of a device.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a one-time purchase, is the price of that purchase, and for a user who never bought anything, is nothing.

This clause does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending these terms

You end this agreement by uninstalling the app. The licence in section 2 ends if you breach it — for instance by redistributing a modified build — but no clause here lets the developer switch off an app already installed on your device, because there is no server able to do so.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, where the developer is based, and disputes are subject to the courts of Vietnam.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, or of the right to bring proceedings there where that law gives it to you.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes will be published on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
